The purpose of this privacy policy is to describe how Proxistore collects, uses and discloses your personal information, whether in connection with your relationship with Proxistore, your visit to Proxistore’s website, or when you visit the websites of Proxistore’s partners through which Proxistore may deposit cookies (hereinafter referred to as the “Partner Site(s)” or the “Partner(s)”).

How long are your personal data stored for?  

Your personal data are kept for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is processed. 

The personal data of customers/prospective customers are kept for two years after the end of the contractual/pre-contractual relationship, with the exception of data required for accounting and tax purposes, which are kept for ten years.

Personal data collected through cookies are stored for a maximum of 365 days.

Proxistore does not share your personal data with third parties. However, Proxistore may share your personal data with its subsidiaries and subcontractors working under its instructions. 

In addition, Proxistore reserves the right to share your personal data when requested to do so by a legal authority in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

How is your personal data secured?

Proxistore takes appropriate organisational and technical measures to ensure the security of your personal data against unlawful or accidental destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised access and improper use.

Proxistore does not make any fully automated decisions about you that could have legal consequences for you or affect you significantly in a similar way. However, Proxistore produces profiles that can be used to distribute personalised advertising.

In accordance with the applicable regulations, you have the following rights, which may be exercised at any time and free of charge, except in the case of abuse:

Where processing is restricted, with the exception of storage, personal data subject to restriction may only be further processed within the limits set with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or for the protection of the rights of another person.

To measure and report ad conversions when they occur after multiple engagements on different devices, Proxistore’s third party service providers may set and/or access cookies or other data collection technologies that collect information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this or other websites and/or mobile websites on your different devices, in order to deliver content and advertisements about goods and services of interest to you on those different devices.
